Who is responsible
The operator of Ocinct is the data controller. It is based in France and reachable by support ticket in the bot.
This website
The site is static. It sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. The address you paste into the scan box is sent straight to Telegram as part of the bot link; this site does not store it.
The bot
The bot stores your Telegram user id, your username when Telegram provides it, your plan, your filters, your usage counters, the wallets you scanned (kept for a few hours as a cache), your invoices and the on-chain transactions that paid them, and your support tickets. It stores nothing else about you. It does not read your other chats and it does not work in groups.
Why we process it
Running your plan and its quotas is the performance of a contract. Keeping a short scan cache and abuse counters is our legitimate interest in running the service. Keeping invoices and payment records is a legal obligation.
Who else sees it
Telegram carries the messages. Vercel hosts this website. A market data provider returns the statistics of the wallets you scan; it receives the wallet address, never your identity. Nobody else receives your data, and nothing is sold.
Payments
Payments are on-chain transfers to a public address. The bot records the transaction signature to match it to your invoice. It never has access to the wallet you paid from.
Retention
Scan caches are pruned every few hours. Usage counters reset with the quota periods. Account records are kept while the account exists. Invoices and payment records are kept 10 years after the payment, as French accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, or object to a processing. Open a support ticket in the bot and we answer within a month. Deletion removes everything except the invoices we must keep and the on-chain payment records, which cannot be deleted from a blockchain. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
